Design of Idler Fault Monitoring System Based on ZigBee Wireless Sensor Network

摘要: 针对当前带式输送机托辊卡死故障监测布线、通信困难、故障监测定位不准确等弊端,设计了一种基于ZigBee无线传感网络的托辊卡死故障监测系统。基于ZigBee无线传感网络实现了对托辊轴端温度的采集以及组网传输,通过串口上传到labview设计的上位机,可以实现动态实时在线监测。经过现场测试,该系统实现了故障定位准确、自动化监测的目的。

Abstract: There are some problems in the monitoring system of the existing belt conveyor idling fault ,such as, wiring,communication difficulty,Inaccurate of Position Monitoring. To solve the problems,A fault monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is designed.Based on the ZigBee wireless sensor network, the temperature collection of the roller shaft end and the network transition were realized and uploaded to the host computer designed by the labview through the serial port.thus, the dynamic real-time online monitoring was achieved. After field testing, the system achieves the purpose of fault location accuracy and automatic monitoring.
